1. About these terms

This website is operated by Nova Charters SNC, Corso della Repubblica 13, 25083 Gardone Riviera (BS), Italy — VAT / Tax code 04734430988. By using this site you accept the terms below.

2. The website

This site presents our charter services on Lake Garda. The information, photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith and for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer.

Boat availability, routes, timings and prices are confirmed only in writing, on a case-by-case basis, once a booking is agreed.

3. Bookings

Enquiries made through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A charter is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. The specific terms of each charter — price, duration, cancellation conditions and what is included — are set out in the booking confirmation, which prevails over this page.

4. Safety and conduct on board

All charters are operated with a professional skipper. For everyone’s safety, guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.

The skipper may alter the route, shorten or cancel a charter where weather, water conditions, technical issues or safety require it. In such cases we will offer a reasonable alternative date or refund the unused portion, but we are not liable for related costs such as travel or accommodation.

We may refuse boarding, without refund, to anyone whose condition or behaviour puts the safety of the boat or of other guests at risk.

5. Liability

Our charters are covered by insurance as required by Italian law. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, and for any damage they cause to the boat through wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos and graphics on this site belong to Nova Charters SNC or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written consent. “Riva”, “Chris Craft”, “Colombo” and other boat names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here purely to describe the boats in our fleet.

7. External links

Where this site links to other websites, we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
